We are proud to announce that our NEW Cottage Grove Clinic is now open! Our new clinic is located at 251 E. Cottage Grove Road in Cottage Grove and replaced our Cottage Grove Clinic that was on Southing Grange. Our Madison Office remains open as usual.

We are also proud to have welcomed a new physician to our Wildwood Family, Dr. Jill Mallory!

Wildwood is also pleased to announce that we are currently transitioning to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) from our paper charts. As part of your EMR, Wildwood patients can make use of MyChart.
